Cub Scout Camping
Organized
camping is a creative, educational experience in cooperative group living in
the outdoors. It uses the natural surroundings to contribute significantly to
physical, mental, spiritual, and social growth.
Cub
Scouting offers camping opportunities for Cub Scouts through day camps,
resident camps, Webelos den overnight campouts, council-organized family camps,
and pack overnighters.
Here
is an example of a sample check list we would
use for our camp outs. You can also check out the Beginners Guide to Camping as well.
Pack
316 plans a variety of support and encouragement for the Cub Scouts camping
experiences. Our pack has organized
family, den and pack wide campouts throughout the year. Contact us for more information at Pack316@earthlink.net.
